2024年、神子元ハンマーズは「Shark Crazy！」を合言葉に
更なる顧客満足度向上と地域貢献、そして従業員のＱＯＦ向上のため、進化を続けます。
1.Nitroxタンクの無料導入とスチールタンクへの変更（2024年４月より）
酸素分圧を神子元特別仕様の27%〜28%に設定し、
平均水深を従来の15mから、流れの安定する25mに下げる事で、以前よりも泳ぐことが容易となります。
違った光景が広がり、ハンマーヘッドシャークへのアプローチも、より行い易くなります！
1日4ダイブも楽ちんに！
また、通常のエアタンクもすべてスチールタンクに切り替わります。ウエイトが少なくなるため、体への負担を減らすことができます。

2.ハイシーズンスケジュールの導入
従来より夏期週末のみ導入しておりました特定日スケジュール（午前2ダイブor午後2ダイブ）を
2024年度より、ハイシーズン（6月～10月）期間は平日を含む毎日運用いたします。
これにより、中部関西圏からの日帰り参加が容易となり、またゲストの滞在時間がずれるため、
施設の混雑緩和となります。
さらに、エントリー時間がハンマーズ独自となりますので、水中がさらに快適に感じられるように！

3.ガイド陣のスキル向上
残業や待機時間勤務を大幅に見直し、その分ガイドとしてのスキル・語学勉強会やQOL向上に努めます。
お客様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが、夜間送迎時間変更へのご理解ご協力を賜りますよう何卒お願い申し上げます。
2024年はさらにパワーアップしたガイド陣がお待ちしております。懐かしのあの顔も、ハンマーズに帰って来るかも？！

We will drastically revise overtime and standby work hours, and in return, we will strive to improve our guides’ skills, language study sessions, and quality of life.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers, and ask for your understanding and cooperation in changing the nighttime pick-up and drop-off times.
