今日もいい凪♪船上の風が気持ちいいです。

引き続き今日も潮が速く東側で勝負！

潮が速いせいかハンマーも深めですが、みんなでハンマーと並走！

並走中に眺めるハンマーの筋肉の美しさといったら…

中毒性が高くてやめられません！！

午後は、南でハンマーゲットでした(^^)/

Nice calm today…nice breeze on the boat.

The tide is still fast today and we continue to play on the east side!

Because of the fast tide, the hammers were deep, but we all ran alongside the hammers!

The beauty of the hammer’s muscles while running side by side….

It’s so addictive, I can’t stop!
